Esmoke Review

ESmoke boasts being the largest and longest running e-cigarette manufacturer in the USA – A fact they are very proud of. They offer many different channels of support to customers and seem to take a lot of pride in their brand.

HOW IT WORKS

ESmoke offers two different product lines: the Sensation and PRO series e-cigarette brands. They are both 2-part electronic cigarettes that have a battery and a replaceable atomizer cartridge.  The user inhales on the electronic cigarette and the sensor in the atomizer sends a signal for the battery to heat the cartridge solution to a vapor that is then smoked and becomes a mist-like ‘smoke’. The solution in the cartridge contains: nicotine, propylene glycol, flavoring, and water. The vapors produced by the liquid are 99% water.
Our Esmoke review found that the Esmoke PRO series offers the world’s lightest and smallest electric cigarette. They are almost exactly the same size as a standard tobacco cigarette.

COST AND STYLE

The PRO cartridges, which contain the flavoring and the nicotine (if desired), are equivalent to 1 ½ packs of standard tobacco cigarettes or 30 cigarettes. The PRO series kits start at $130 and go up to $250.
The Sensation series offers a standard industry-size e-cigarette for users to enjoy from $49 to $100 for the starter kits. They also offer a disposal e-cig for $16.
The PRO series comes with a PCC, portable charging case, in the following colors: red, silver, blue, and gold. Users have commented that the Esmoke batteries hold a charge longer than other brands on the market.
1 sensation cartridge is equivalent to 30 standard cigarettes and cartridges cost $14 for 5 cartridges in both the sensation series and the PRO series (but these cartridges are like 1 ½ packs).

TASTE, VAPOR PRODUCTION, AND EASE OF DRAW

ESmoke offers users several different flavors, including: tobacco, menthol, vanilla, coffee, apple strawberry, and chocolate. Nicotine levels are: 24, 16, 11, 6, and 0 mgs.
The Esmoke electronic cigarettes offer a lot of vapor production, as customers were very happy with their brand over the vapor produced by other brands.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPMENT

ESmoke offers a 30-day limited warranty on any product defects and a lifetime warranty for any issues with chargers or batteries.

Customer service can be reached via website chat and by calling during business hours, Monday through Friday. It seems like a good, solid brand, but definitely on the expensive side to get the accessories that you can get with another brand for half the cost.

There were several complaints that customer service is rude and uncaring. There are a few reviews that specified that customers received a few bad cartridges in a pack and customer service would not do anything to fix it in either case.
